We adopt SF Express International E-commerce Packet for all shipments, focusing on serving customers in European and American regions. The basic shipping fee and free shipping rules are clearly specified as follows: For core European & American regions including the US 48 Contiguous States, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, the basic shipping fee is $8.99 per order, and you can enjoy free shipping when the order amount reaches $99; for other European & American regions such as Canada, Northern Europe and Eastern Europe, the basic shipping fee is $12.99 per order, with free shipping available when the order amount meets $129. It’s more cost-effective to place multi-piece orders to meet the free shipping threshold—for example, 2 high-priced combs (max unit price around $52.89) or 4 low-priced combs (min unit price around $25.99) can qualify for free shipping in core regions.
Delivery Scope
Our shipments cover all mainstream European & American regions, and SF Express International E-commerce Packet can deliver to more than 200 countries and regions worldwide. An additional fee of $3-$5 may be charged for remote areas such as islands and remote zip code districts, which will be automatically calculated by the system when you place an order.
Delivery Time
The delivery time for core European & American regions is 6-12 working days, and for other European & American regions is 9-15 working days. The time does not include customs clearance and holidays, and the actual delivery progress shall be subject to the tracking information on SF Express official website.
Billing Rules
Each package has a maximum weight limit of 2kg. A single horn comb weighs about 50-100g, so multi-piece orders are fully supported. The shipping fee is calculated based on the higher value between the actual weight and volumetric weight (volumetric weight = length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000, and ÷ 7000 for US routes). For overweight packages, an additional $0.01 per gram will be charged.

Free shipping will be automatically applied when your single order meets the corresponding amount threshold, no promo code is required, and the discount takes effect immediately after the order is confirmed.
Tariff Tips
The shipping fee does not include import duties, value-added tax and other related taxes. These fees shall be borne by the recipient in accordance with local customs regulations, and we will provide compliant customs clearance documents to assist with smooth customs entry.
Logistics Tracking
All orders come with full-process logistics tracking service. You can query the waybill information on the order detail page 1-2 working days after shipment, and also track the real-time transportation status through SF Express official website at any time.
